I WON !!!!!!
I won custody of my son today! Take that, you Quixtar criminals! Judge Scott ruled today that the lifestyle of my Quixtar IBO, now ex-wife, was unstable and not responsible. He slammed Quixtar in his ruling. He had nothing but praise for my normal lifestyle.
I want to float on cloud nine for now, but I will post more details.
Thank you to all, for your support and prayers.
Beware Quixtar, a precedence has been set!

Congrats. I wish you, and your son the best, and hope that your soon to be ex-wife gets the help she needs.
I seem to recall you saying you had more to share once the trial was over ... perhaps now?
Congratulations. You should get a copy of the judge's ruling and post a transcript. I'd also send a copy to some of the bigger AmQuix critics, like Scott Larsen and Eric over at QBlog.
And last, I wish you good luck. You may have won a big battle, but you still have a lot to do to raise your son right, and win the war.
Congrats, "Dad"! :D

I'm so proud of you and your victory. I've been hoping for the best in this since your first post. Way to go, man. Give that little guy the best a Dad can give. You both deserve it.
Fantastic!
I have followed your story from the first post and have empathized with your pain. I hope that this is the wakeup call that your wife needs to move past those criminals with whom she chose to associate - kinda like an alcoholic "hitting bottom." Who knows? - but I'll pray for her.
I hope that you will approach fatherhood with the same tenacity that you have approached this pile of crap - from experience, you'll need to!
Best of luck; now I want to read all of the juicy details.
Why do I have tears? I rarely have.
Wish you best of luck, and be the best dad!
Top drawer, JD. Marvellous news. I've been following your tale for a while. I think that you may well be correct in saying that a precedent has been set!
I can't imagine how much of a tough time you've had and I wish you and young Jonas all the best. You must be so relieved.
I do hope that the former Mrs JD gets out of this nonsense eventually. I would not wish the Quixtar way of life on my worst enemy.
Congrats, Dad!!!!
Did she try to "prospect" the judge while in court? :-) You know... just how all the AmBots are taught: if you are in a restaurant, sponsor the manager; if you are getting a speeding ticket, sponsor the trooper; and so on...
Oh thank goodness!
I've been watching your blog with baited breath praying with every ounce of soul in me that you would get custody.
I live in Arkansas, too, and know what you're up against with some of the county judges. May your woes be over and your happiness complete!
For a father to gain custody of an infant child in the absense of drug problems or a physically abusive history is an amazing feat. The courts routinely give deference to the mother. I assume you have full custody, is that correct? Does the mother get visitation? Is she required to pay child support?
Send me a copy of the ruling if you're able.
I just saw theis post of yours, so I would like to give you a big hardy belated CONGRATS!!! Good job, it's reassuring to see the legal system actually work for someone that deserves it.
Great for you. Congratulations!!! Keep the great job againts Quixtar. Thanks!
Remarkable blog. I take the neccesary time to find
blogs that are just as good as the ones you do.
Where you been? You have got to look at my based business home idea list blog!
